Bismillah graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Sarah Lawrence College, where she concentrated in Musical Theater and Psychology. She later earned a Master's degree in Drama Therapy from New York University, further strengthening her belief in the healing and transformative power of the arts. Beyond her work with P.A.W.E., Bismillah continues to pursue her passion for the arts as a professional actress. Whether on stage in theater or in front of the camera for film and television, she remains dedicated to her craft. Her acting career serves as both a source of inspiration and a reminder of the importance of creativity in her work with young people. Through P.A.W.E., Bismillah brings dynamic arts events and programs to communities throughout the city, fostering a space where imagination can flourish and young talent can thrive.
With a deep love for nurturing creativity and guiding young artists, Bismillah is committed to inspiring the next generation of creatives.
